| | So you may have noticed in (or rather, above) my last post that I was reading book one of Stephen King's The Dark Tower series, titled The Gunslinger. This will be my second time reading through it. I thought that I would take this time to tell you something about that series:
READ. IT.
Seriously, though, it's my favorite written work ever. And I'm a big LotR fan, and an even bigger Hitchhiker's fan, and you must know that I consider this the best thing I've ever read. Ever. Especially the ending. I won't give anything away (and please don't spoil it for yourself. Even if you don't plan on reading it, don't spoil it for yourself, because you might end up reading it later and it won't be as good then.), but I cannot imagine a more satisfying ending to anything. It's PERFECT.
